Alarms.org is the official site of the National Council for Home Safety and Security. On Alarms.org, consumers will find important research, articles, reports, and everything else they need to know about home security and safety. A member directory is forthcoming.
The National Council for Home Safety and Security is a national trade association comprised of licensed alarm installers, contractors, and other relevant trade groups across the United States. Our stated goal is to further industry education and public knowledge about home safety and security.
Founded in 2006, the council aims to further consumer education and information with a focus on the following areas:
- Home Security
- Home Safety
- Child Safety
- Senior Safety at Home
Our primary focus is on legislative initiatives at both the federal and state level, that affect our membership, as well as the general safety and security of the public in their homes.
